Daily Evening Update for Arlington Real Estate: Wednesday March 6, 2013:
- 1 new single family home came on the market, and 1 went under contract keeping the total inventory the same. Activity that did not affect inventory: 1 property closed, $35,000 more than list price.
- The condo inventory lost ground, 1 new property came on the market and 3 going under contract.. 1 price change (no effect on total inventory).
