With the very hot spring real estate market upon us, I thought it might be beneficial and fun to show everyone just how active our market is. On Friday's I will identify how many new properties came to market since Monday, then project how many I think will sell, and then report back on the following Tuesday to see how many properties had accepted offers.
Here's week 1:
Since Monday, March 11, 18 new properties have come to market (6 singles, 10 condos, and 2 multi-family.) I anticipate 10 of these properties will have offers accepted by Tuesday.March 19. Check back on Tues. and see how well I predicted the market.
