Another busy day for the Arlington real estate market:

  • Single family inventory held even for the day: Another single family went under contract but a new property came on
  • No change in condo inventory but one property closed, the sale price exceeded the list price
  • The two family market had activity as well but inventory held even (only two properties) with one new property coming on the market and another one going under contract- after only 3 days on the market.
