- Condominium inventory held even with 1 new property and one going under contract.
- Two condominiums and 1 two family had price changes and 1 single family property closed.
The final sale price of the single family was less than list price, breaking the streak of single family properties selling above list price at 4. 8 of the 21 properties sold in the last two months have sold for more than the list price. And 2 of 21 sold for list price. So in the last two months, nearly half of the houses sold for list price or higher (10 of 21).
