Good open house attendance and good activity with many offers accepted over the weekend - even with snow and rain for the second Sunday in a row:

Single Family inventory decreased with 2 properties going under contract.  

Condominium inventory decreased overall with 6 properties going under contract and only 2 coming on the market as new listings.

Two single family properties reportedly had considerable offer activity as of Monday night and may be under contract today.  Stay tune for this evening's update
