State releases seizure Friday after "payment agreement" reached.
The owners of the in Arlington Heights have reclaimed their restaurant, state Department of Revenue spokesman Dan Bertrand said Friday morning.
He said the owners have entered into a "payment agreement" with the state to tackle their overdue taxes.
The restaurant, at the corner of Massachusetts and Park avenues, was seized by the state Tuesday.
