Burlington Man Charged with Breaking and Entering in Arlington
The man was an unwanted guest, police said.

A 22-year-old Burlington man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with breaking and entering after being an unwanted guest in a Brattle Drive residence in Arlington and refusing to leave, according to police.
Nicholas M. Mahjoubi, of Mill Street, allegedly entered the residence through an unlocked door.
Police responded to the residence at about 3:30 a.m. and warned Mahjoubi that if he did not leave, at the request of the homeowner, he’d be arrested for breaking and entering. Mahjoubi still refused to leave, police said.
