The Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra will hold an Open Rehearsal on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 7:15 pm to 9:45 pm, at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 630 Mass Ave, Arlington, MA 02476.
Come and enjoy playing music under the baton of music director Orlando Cela! The orchestra will rehearse a movement from Coleridge-Taylor’s “African Suite” (“Dance Negre”) and Dvorak’s Seventh Symphony.
All instruments welcome to the Open Rehearsal and to learn more about the group and associated music programs.
Openings for the 2025-2026 APO concert season are available in the cello, string bass, and percussion sections, with opportunities to sub in other sections of the orchestra.
