BoSox Club to Host Special Screening of Eephus with Cast and Crew Q&A and Autograph Session on Oct. 10
Baseball fans and movie lovers will have a special opportunity to celebrate America’s pastime when the BoSox Club presents a screening of the acclaimed baseball film Eephus on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Regent Theatre in Arlington.
The afternoon will feature a screening of Eephus, followed by an exclusive Q&A with members of the film’s cast and crew, including legendary former Red Sox pitcher Bill “Spaceman” Lee. The event will conclude with an autograph session, giving fans the opportunity to meet participants from the film and hear firsthand stories about the making of Eephus and their experiences with baseball.
Set during what may be the final game played on a beloved community baseball field, Eephus is a humorous and bittersweet celebration of baseball, friendship and the end of an era. The film captures the personalities, rituals and conversations that make baseball more than a game—and the connections that keep people coming back to the ballpark. Watch the trailer.
For the BoSox Club, the screening is a natural extension of its mission to bring Red Sox and baseball fans together for memorable experiences.

Lee, one of the most colorful and beloved figures in Red Sox history, will bring his trademark personality and perspective to the day’s discussion. Fans will have the opportunity to hear stories from Lee and other participants about the film, baseball and the culture that surrounds the game.
The BoSox Club, founded in 1967, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the Boston Red Sox and bringing fans together through baseball-related events, programs and experiences. Throughout the year, the club hosts special events featuring current and former Red Sox players, baseball personalities and other members of the baseball community.
