Great Wok, the Chinese take-out place at 1181 Mass. Ave. in Arlington, is going under new ownership – again.
Jian Ming Lin is buying the eatery from Jian Ping Lin, who just bought it last summer. An attorney representing Jian Ming Lin at Monday’s Board of Selectmen’s meeting said he believes the sale is being made because of an unexpected family issue.
The board granted Lin an operating license Monday. His attorney said the eatery will remain the same.

Lin was born in China and now lives in Malden. He has owned Hong Kong King, another Chinese eatery, in Salem since 2008.
