Notice is herewith given that the Arlington Redevelopment Board will re-open Special Permit Docket #3348 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review, in order to review compliance with special condition 5 of the Special Permit Decision, dated April 13, 2009, and in order to hear from the property owner regarding such compliance. 833 Massachusetts Avenue is owned by Noyes Realty LLLP, PO Box 40, Marblehead, MA 01945.

Special condition 5 of the Special Permit Decision requires the owner to make reasonable and diligent efforts to maintain the Atwood House at 821 Massachusetts Avenue, which is part of the 833 Massachusetts Avenue property, to prevent damage from the elements or otherwise.
