On Tuesday, September 7, the applicant requested to continue the hearing for Docket #3665 to Monday, September 27, 2021. Any additional materials provided by the applicant will be posted here and to the Redevelopment Board agenda within 48 hours of the hearing.

Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 by JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH, for Special Permit Docket #3665 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review. The applicant proposes to change the use of the property to a bank, credit union, or other financial service (2,000 sq. ft. or more, or any drive-up banking service) and make other site improvements at 645 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA in the B5 Business District. The opening of the Special Permit is to allow the Board to review and approve the development under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review, and Section 6.2, Signs.
