The Mystic River Watershed Association presents screening of A Civil Action and discussion with Jan Schlictmann the trial lawyer depicted in the film by John Travolta. The 1998 film is based upon a true story that took place in the Mystic River Watershed surrounding contamination of the Woburn city's water supply. Jan Schlictmann will share his experience and thoughts on environmental law and why individuals must remain vigilant.
