MBTA sign up: The Arlington Council on Aging encourages all seniors ages 65 and older to apply for or renew their MBTA Charlie Card this coming January. This card entitles seniors to a reduced rate for all MBTA services. Applications and renewals will be processed on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at the , 27 Maple St.
