Fried Green Tomatoes Film Screening for LGBT Seniors in honor of Pride Month, Robbins Library, Wednesday June 3 at 6:30 pm

The Arlington Robbins Library LBGTQ group and our senior LGBT group at the Council on Aging join together in our first collaborative event. This film is ased on the novel, Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Café by author Fannie Flagg, set in the South in the 80’s and Depression era through flashbacks. The outstanding cast includes Kathy Bates, Jessica Tandy, Mary-Louise Parker, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Cicely Tyson. The library has a wonderful, involved group senior LGBTQ group, so please join in the fun!
