Help with the stirring the piece at night in Arlington after 10:00 p.m

Is there anyone in Arlington who knows what the noise ordinances are the board of health says you can go up to 85 DB during the day on the town bylaws it states that you cannot use a bug zapper after 10:00 p.m. at night so the law is very unclear on what the DBS are I believe it must revert back to the state law of 10 decibels at night is there anyone out there who is familiar with this town by law and do they know the answer to this question how loud can the DBS at night be in Arlington Mass
