ARLINGTON, MA—It's not every day that a student gets a police escort to school, but one lucky Arlington girl was given that chance.

An Arlington second grader named Inara was escorted to school this morning by Arlington Police Chief Frederick Ryan. Inara was the winner of her school's auction prize for a police escort to school.
