Lobstah On A Roll Owners Not Bringing Restaurant To Arlington
Plans were in the works for the "biggest little restaurant in America" to open in the former Elton's Roast Beef & Pizza space on Mass. Ave.
ARLINGTON, MA – A restaurant expected to move into the Elton's Roast Beef & Pizza space on Mass. Ave. is no longer happening, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. The team behind Lobstah On a Roll planned to bring either another Lobstah On a Roll or a restaurant called 478 Mass. Ave. to the space.
The restaurant sent a message to Boston Restaurant Talk this week confirming it was not coming to Arlington. The site reported Wednesday a location of Lobstah On a Roll is coming to Salem sometime this spring.
The eatery billed itself as the "biggest little restaurant in America" and was expected to feature "crazy breakfasts" on the weekends, soups, chowders, steak dishes, lobster rolls, baked stuffed lobsters, sandwiches and some Korean dishes.
