Traditional Martial Arts are known to be one of the best ways to achieve optimal health. Oom Yung Doe focuses on improving one’s overall condition by addressing both internal and external health.
“Traditionally, a martial arts tournament is not about beating an opponent, but rather the focus is on ‘winning over yourself.’ If you only challenge yourself to beat an opponent then you put a ceiling on your development. By striving to continuously improve, your development becomes limitless. Winning over others is victory, winning over yourself is success.” says Zaroukian.
