ARLINGTON, MA — Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who ran away from a residential program Sunday afternoon. Shakiera Barbosa was last seen wearing jeans, a black shirt, a black jacket, and gray/black sneakers that light up. She is Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 6 inches, and 130 pounds.
