A new jewelry store is being proposed for Arlington Heights.
Adam Rosario will go before the Board of Selectmen tonight for an operating license for Adams Estate Jewelry at 1319 Mass. Ave., the current home of Serge’s Fine Jewelry, according to the agenda.
Rosario opened Adams Estate Jewelry in Auburn in 2010.

The Serge’s store has been closed since May, although its jewelers have been seeing clients by appointments only, according to a sign on its front door.
