Operating Under the Influence, Refusing to Identify Self, Unarmed Robbery: Arlington Arrest Logs

Excerpts from the Arlington Police Department arrest logs.

ARLINGTON, MA—Arlington Police made four arrests over Memorial Day weekend. The arrests can be found below. 

May 26, 4:59 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile from Natick was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant for charges of unarmed robbery. The juvenile was not identified by police. 

May 27, 10:51 a.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile from Cambridge was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and battery. The juvenile was not identified by police.

May 29, 6:23 a.m.: Jonathan Robert Daniell, 28, of Arlington was arrested on a warrant issued for shoplifting over $100 by concealing. 

May 29, 10:58 p.m.: David S. Boyd, 28, of Everett was arrested on charges of operating under the influence (first offense), operating a vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), refusing to identify himself, speeding, and driving with an open container of alcohol. There was a warrant issued for Boyd's arrest from charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license.
