Redevelopment Board Grants Special Permit for 34-Unit Development: Report
The affordable housing project is planned for Arlington Heights

ARLINGTON, MA — During its Dec. 5 meeting, the Arlington Redevelopment Board granted a special permit to the applicant of a 34-unit affordable housing development set for Arlington Heights, reports the Arlington Advocate.
According to the Advocate's report, the Housing Corporation of Arlington was granted a special permit for an affordable housing project set for Downing Square in the Heights. The project will have a gross floor area over 32,000 square feet.
The Housing Corporation of Arlington still needs to get approval from the Arlington Conservation Commission.
