Start Walking Arlington - Today!

ARLINGTON, MA —Have you ever "Walked The Rink"? Have you even heard of it? Well now you have, and today's the day to start.

Arlington is hosting 12 sessions of "Walk The Rink," where folks can come to Ed Burns Arena at 422 Summer St. and spend some time learning about how to live a healthier life during one of the brief, motivating health talks.

The sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15-11 a.m. Registration is not necessary - just stop on by (Today! Yes, you!)

BrightView of Arlington, Lahey Clinic & Medical Hospital, Mount Auburn Hospital, Noreen Murphy, Elder Law Attorney, Salter Healthcare and Watertown Savings Bank each donated $250 to make the events possible.
