Timber: Tree Coming Down At Arlington's Magnolia Park

Be alert Tuesday when the work is scheduled to take place, says DPW.

ARLINGTON, MA —If you're near Magnolia Park next week and you see a tree being cut down, this is very much on purpose, says Arlington Public Works.

Tuesday, Dec. 5 the Department of Public Works is slated to remove part of the tree.

There is a tree on the Herbert Road side of the park that has been damaged over the last couple of years and they are planning to remove the dead and failing parts of the tree.

Sections of the park will be closed when the work is taking place. But don't fret it's only scheduled to last one day.
