Phase 2
Phase 2 of the 2021 Water Rehabilitation Project is under development and is planned for the Sunnyside Avenue neighborhood. Work is expected to be completed on Sunnyside Avenue, Memorial Way, and portions of Broadway and Gardner Street. Project scope may be adjusted prior to project bidding and an updated street listing will be provided once finalized. Bidding is expected to take place in July to allow for late summer/early fall start to construction. Work is expected to continue through the end of the 2021 construction season. This project is being completed in response to water main breaks in the neighborhood and is being designed to avoid impacts to newly installed sidewalks.
