Town Of Arlington: Arlington Redevelopment Board Gubernatorial Appointment

On September 8, 2021, the Arlington Redevelopment Board (ARB) received notification from the Governor’s Office of Boards and Commissions that Governor Baker appointed Stephen Revilak as the state appointee for a two-year term on the Arlington Redevelopment Board.

Mr. Revilak is a Town Meeting Member in Precinct 1, a member of the Master Plan Implementation Committee’s Zoning Bylaw Working Group and has served on the Zoning Board of Appeals since March 2020. He is a past member of the Zoning Recodification Working Group, which was responsible for recodifying Arlington's Zoning Bylaws (adopted by Town Meeting in February 2018). Mr. Revilak is an avid cyclist and gets around primarily by bicycle.  He's interested in seeing the town grow its commercial base, increase housing diversity, and achieve net zero objectives.

Mr. Revilak has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a B.M. in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music. He is a software developer by trade.
