On February 8, 2021 the Applicant (190-200 Massachusetts Ave, LLC)filed an application to open Special Permit Docket #3650 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review. The applicant proposes to construct a mixed-use building containing retail and 37 residential units, including 8 affordable units, at 190 & 192-200 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA in the B3 Village Business District. The opening of the Special Permit is to allow the Board to review and approve the development under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review. An updated application was provided for the hearing's continuance in June, which the Applicant requested to continue to late July.
