When Is Frozland Going to Open?

If you’ve gone past Frozland recently, surely you’ve noticed all of the progress. The bright orange awning and inflatable penguins in the window are hard to miss.

It actually looks open, but when will it?

Frozland’s owner, Sobhy Ibrahim, said Thursday that he’s just waiting on the final town inspection, which should take place early next week. He said he plans to open right after that, so middle to end of next week.

Frozland, at 882B Mass. Ave., diagonally across from Arlington High School, will be Arlington’s first “froyo” spot, but another one, Yummy’s, has been approved for 474 Mass. Ave. in the center, the former home of Something Extra, a women’s boutique.

Frozland has developed a website since we last reported on it, with flavors and toppings menus.
