FOXBORO CENTER FOR WOMEN'S & FAMILY HEALTH WELCOMES

FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN, DR. TARA NOLAN

The physicians and staff at The Foxboro Center for Women’s & Family Health welcome board certified Family Medicine Physician Dr. Tara Nolan to the staff. She joins Drs. Owen Debowy and Rachel Wulf, and Nurse Practitioner Jen LaCourse, in the primary care section of the center.

Dr. Nolan received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Maine Medical Center. She most recently split her time at practices in Milford and Millis, MA. Dr. Nolan is accepting new patients and welcomes former ones. Appointments can be made by calling (508) 698-0044.

The Foxboro Center for Women’s & Family Health is conveniently located at 18 Washington Street in Foxboro. In addition to providing Primary Care and Ob/Gyn health services, the center offers 24-hour physician call coverage, private family planning and fertility counseling, an on-site laboratory, ultrasound, and minor surgeries.

The Foxboro Center for Women’s & Family Health is one of 17 practices that make up Sturdy Memorial Associates (SMA) and is associated with Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
