Q: What did you dream of being as a kid?

I always dreamed of working with animals.

Q: How does your personality play into your business?

My smile helps with my personality because people don’t think I can get angry so therefore they usually don’t get mad at me.  (At least that's what co-founder and wife, Tiffany Helms, says.)

Q: At what moment did you decide to open a business?

I was running another pest control company and thought to myself if I am doing all the work now why not open my own company and do it myself instead of making someone else money.

Q: What inspired you?

Helping people with their needs is what inspired me.

Q: Describe the biggest challenge of owning a business?

The biggest challenge of owning a company not just in Barnstable but anywhere is that you don’t know when you are going to make your next paycheck.

Q: Describe the best thing about owning a business?

The best thing about owning a business is being able to be your own boss.  The down side of this is that you are your own boss.

Q: What is one thing you would never change about your business?

The one thing I will never change about our business is the honesty and value that we give all of our customers. 

Q: What is your business’ greatest asset?

Our business’ greatest asset is our professionalism and teamwork.  Our business would not survive without teamwork.  I was once told you are only as strong as your weakest player.  This is so true.

Q: What is your favorite spot in town?

My favorite spots in town are Main Street, BWB playground with our children, and Party Freeze.

Q: What’s one thing the community should know about you?

One thing the community should know is that we are reliable, honest, and always on time.
