2 Hyannis Men Caught Trafficking Fentanyl, Cocaine: Police
Barnstable police said they seized 58 grams of fentanyl and 26 grams of cocaine.

BARNSTABLE, MA — Two Hyannis men were arrested Friday after police said they were caught with over 80 grams of fentanyl and cocaine.
Robert Perry, 29, and Leslie Ostapchuck, 30, were charged with trafficking a class A substance 36-100 grams, trafficking a class b substance 18-36 grams, conspiracy to violate controlled substance act possession of a firearm without a license to carry, possession of ammunition and possession of a large capacity feeding device. Police also charged Perry with armed career criminal because of drug-related convictions in 2013 and 2018.
Police said the arrests stemmed from a four-month investigation into the men. Barnstable police and the Cape Cod Regional SWAT team searched Perry and Ostapchuck's home Friday morning. Police said they found 58 grams of fentanyl, 26 grams of cocaine, a .45 caliber hand gun with a large capacity magazine and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Perry was held on $25,000 bail and Ostapchuck was held on $10,000 bail. Both are expected to be arraigned in Barnstable District Court Monday.
