The Town of Barnstable is pleased to announce that there is an available artist studio workspace available for rent at the artist work studios@50 Pearl which sits on the campus of town-owned properties providing artist living, work and gallery space at the corner of Pearl and South Streets.
Artists leasing the studio space are expected to promote the Center and participate in initiatives designed to involve the community in the arts, such as hosting open studio events or offering workshops and classes in their craft at the Hyannis Harbor Arts Center at the Guyer Art Barn. Selection will be made based on the prospective member's demonstrated willingness to contribute to the arts community.
