Barnstable Police Blotter: Feb. 7

The following incidents, accidents and arrests took place in the town of Barnstable.  All information was taken from the log, includes all arrests and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  

Monday, February 7

12:07 a.m. - Unwanted harassment was reported at 241 Stevens St., Apt. A, Hyannis.

3:01 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at 136 Able Way, Marstons Mills.

10:14 a.m. - An attempted breaking and entering was reported at 426 Mariner Cir., Cotuit. 

10:00 a.m. - Police issued a summons to Matthew Levesque of 89 Gooseberry Ln., Marstons Mills for operating a motor vehicle while uninsured, without registration and without plates.

10:56 a.m. - Vandalism was reported at Boarding House Sporting Goods on Main Street, Hyannis.

11:16 a.m. - An intoxicated person disturbance was reported at 180 Main St., Hyannis.

11:29 a.m. - A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 92 County Seat St., Hyannis.

11:47 a.m. - A hit and run was reported at Burger King on Route 132.

11:33 a.m. - Police arrested Todd Neal Lampley of 68 of Woodland Ave., Apt. 9D, Hyannis for domestic assault and battery and summonsed Tyashia Warren of 42 Fresh Holes Rd., Hyannis for domestic assault and battery.

12:08 p.m. - Unwanted harassment was reported at 263 Hinckley Rd., Hyannis.

No Time Available - Harassment was reported at Barnstable High School.

1:31 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Cape Cod Community College.

1:46 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Olive Garden on Route 132.

2:22 p.m. - A disturbance was reported at Park Square Village on Main Street, Hyannis.

2:28 p.m. - An animal bite was reported at Barnstable Municipal Airport. 

2:41 p.m. - Vandalism was reported at 316 Sea St., Apt. H, Hyannis.

3:10 p.m. - A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at Craigville Beach.

No Time Available - A gun shots disturbance was reported at Mary Barton Conservation Area on Putnam Ave.

4:08 p.m. - A fight disturbance was reported at Hess on the corner of Falmouth Road and Bearse's Way, Hyannis.

4:39 p.m. - A residential breaking and entering was reported at 1029 Route 132, Hyannis.

4:32 p.m. - Police issued a summons to Gislaine Vivian Esteves of 67 Sea St., Apt. 4F, Hyannis after being called to a motor vehicle accident. Police summonsed her for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and running a red light.

4:51 p.m. - Domestic harassment was reported at Cape Cod Mall's parking lot. 

4:59 p.m. - A confused person was transported to the hospital at 270 Communication Way, Barnstable.

5:21 p.m. - A hit and run was reported at Main and Ocean Streets, Hyannis.

5:39 p.m. - Harassment was reported at 24 Stevens St., Hyannis.

6:19 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at CVS on North Street, Hyannis.

6:34 p.m. - Police arrested Hugh Houston Baird of 25 West Ter., Centerville after receiving a traffic complaint on Old Stage Road. Baird was arrested for during under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with an open container, without a license and without registration and running a stop sign.

7:20 p.m. - Police responded to a medical emergency at Budget Host Inn Hyannis Motel and transported an individual to the hospital. 

10:17 p.m. - Police provided medical assistance at 62 Thistle Dr., Centerville.

11:33 p.m. - Unwanted harassment was reported at 170 Melbourne Rd., Hyannis.

11:49 p.m. - Unwanted harassment was reported at Craigville Motel.
