Barnstable Police Giving 7-Eleven Slurpees To Kids For Good Deeds

Police announced they have joined other police departments in partnering with 7-Eleven for Operation Chill.

BARNSTABLE, MA — Barnstable police will reward children with free 7-Eleven Slurpees for doing good deeds.

Police announced they have joined other police departments in partnering with 7-Eleven for Operation Chill. During Operatiom Chill, officers will give "tickets" to children who do positive things in the community.

The “ticket” is actually a coupon good for a free medium Slurpee at any 7-Eleven.

"One of the goals of the Barnstable Police Department is to develop strong community relations in order to keep everyone safe, and this program by 7-Eelven offers the BPD an opportunity to do just that while bringing a smile to a child’s face," police said in a statement.
