1:03 am - A disturbance was reported at the Embargo Tapas & Martini Restaurant on Main Street, Hyannis and four police units were dispatched. Advised.

6:50 am - Vandalism was reported at a residence at 207 Winter St., Hyannis. Report taken.

9:11 am - An attempt to serve a warrant at a residence on 149 Sea St., Hyannis resulted in the arrest of Jesse J. Sargent, 36, of the same address, on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle after license suspension; a warrant for shoplifting and a deafaulted warrant for possession of a Class B substance.

9:33 am - A report of illegal trash dumping came in from the Children's Cove Child's Advocacy Center on Mary Dunn Road in Barnstable. Report taken.

10:28 am - Larceny was reported at a Sea Street, Hyannis residence. Report taken.

11:03 am - A report came in of a homeless person trespassing at the First Pump House on Mary Dunn Road in the Hyannis Water District. Advised.

12:37 pm - A report of an intoxicated homeless person on the Hyannis Village Green on Main Street resulted in the arrest of Mary Beth Kathleen Phelan, 49, of 77 Winter St., Hyannis, on a defaulted warrant out of Orleans District Court and a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

1:01 pm - A call reported a larceny on Midway Drive in Hyannis. Report taken.

1:40 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle stop in front of Pizza 1, Subs 2 on Route 28 in Marstons Mills, Barnstable police detectives and officers made an arrest. All information regarding the arrest was redacted from the public record.

1:50 pm - A report of a group disturbance at The Daily Paper on West Main Street, Hyannis was serviced.

2:48 pm - Suspicious activity was reported near the intersection of Sandalwood Drive and Route 28 in Cotuit. Advised.

2:48 pm - A report of Larceny at Spencer Gifts in the Cape Cod Mall resulted in police issuing a summons to court on a charge of larceny of property over $250 to Scott Sheridan, 19, of Venus Lane, South Yarmouth.

3:37 pm - A missing person was reported at St. Francis Xavier Prepatory School on Cross Street in Hyannis. Serviced.

4:00 pm - An attempt to serve a warrant was made near the intersection of Stevens and Winter Streets in Hyannis and as a result police arrested Sarah Moore, 27, of 77 Winter Street, Hyannis on a defaulted warrant for breaking and entering a motor vehicle and another defaulted warrant for larceny under $250.

4:51 pm - A larceny was reported at the Super Stop & Shop grocery store on Independence Drive in Hyannis. Advised.

6:35 pm - A larceny by shoplifting was reported at the CVS on North Street in Hyannis. Advised.

7:13 pm - A suspicious motor vehicle reported on Rosemary Lane in Centerville was gone on arrival by police.

7:24 pm - A report of suspicious activity near the intersection of Grove Street and Barnstable Road in Hyannis resulted in the arrest of Clayton Wattley, 17, of 800 Bearse's Way, Hyannis on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, a knife; being a disorderly person and resisting/obstructing arrest.

7:29 pm - As a result of a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Route 28 and Hidden Valley Road in Marstons Mills, police arrested Sarah M. Stewart, 34, of 502 Putnam Avenue, Cotuit, on charges of operating under the influence, child endangerment while under the influence; marked lanes violations; operating a motor vehicle with a child under age 5 without a car seat and wanton or reckless behavior creating risk for a child (child endangerment).

8:08 pm - An attempted breaking & entering was reported at a residence on Airport Road in Hyannis. Advised.

8:30 pm - A larceny was reported at a residence on Quaker Road in Hyannis. Report taken.

10:15 pm - A report of suspicious activity on Paine Avenue in Hyannis was serviced.
