Business Investments Map Shows Growth, Focus

The Town of Barnstable is focusing on business investments and renovations to enhance the village commerical experience. 

In the last couple of weeks Harbor Freight Tools, Mad Platter Cafe, and Prova Brazil opened. The new map shows new and improved businesses across Barnstable.

In addition to the map, the town highlighted sidewalk renovations planned for Barnstable Village.

Pending final approval by the state, work will start in Barnstable Village from the Trayser Museum and head east to Commerce Road and will be completed in phases as money becomes available, Town Manager Tom Lynch said.

The Town has agreed to continue to maintain the sidewalks on these state owned roadways including snow removal and minor asphalt repairs.
