The crash happened at about 7:15 a.m. on Regional Avenue. Police said a 17-year-old girl without a driver's license was at the wheel of a Jeep with three similarly aged individuals when she struck the bus at an intersection. The bus had 15 students inside and was headed to Cape Cod Regional High School in Harwich.

All of the Jeep occupants and student were hospitalized. Police said the girl, a South Dennis resident, had a junior driver's license but since there was no adult in the vehicle she was charged with driving a vehicle in violation of license restrictions.
