Dance like a Star!

Local LaBlast® Fitness classes based on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ gain popularity as Season 31 aired on Disney+ Monday. ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is the first reality series to air on Disney+!

LaBlast® creator and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Pro, Louis Van Amstel, is paired with Charlie’s Angels, Cheryl Ladd. “Team Angel”, as they are called, made it through week 1 and were saved by judge Len Goodman in week 2. They will continue dancing every Monday night while votes keep them alive.

LaBlast® Fitness is a revolutionary dance fitness program based on all the dances you see on the show. No partner needed and created for people of all ages and fitness levels, LaBlast® uses all genres of music and includes weight training. LaBlast® will get you moving physically, mentally, and emotionally to dances like the Jive, Salsa, Quickstep, Paso Doble, Viennese Waltz, and many more.

Local instructor, Jacky Kotowski, is thrilled to cheer on her teacher/mentor on the show while sharing LaBlast® classes with the community.

“I strive to create a positive movement experience and my goal is that you always leave with a smile on your face and joy in your heart! We often get asked if you must be a ‘dancer’ to attend class. Just like the stars on the show, we require no dance experience. It really is for everyone!”

Kotowski is ACE (American Council on Exercise) Group Exercise certified and has been teaching LaBlast® Fitness since 2017. She currently teaches at B Free Wellness Inc, a non-profit organization, located at 326 Main St. in Hyannis.
