Guster

Notable for their use of hand drums in addition to (and sometimes in lieu of) a drum set, Guster first made a name for itself by touring the college circuit in the 1990s. The group broke into mainstream radio play with its 1999 release Lost and Gone Forever which featured the hit single “Fa Fa Fa.” With its three founding members still in place Guster adds rhythmic drums, horns and strings to its more traditional rock, pop and folk influences to create a uniquely alternative sound.
