Housing Assistance to Hold Info Session for LeClair Village Apartments
39 affordable apartments in Mashpee will be available through a lottery for qualifying applicants.
Housing Assistance invites potential renters to a Virtual Info Session for 39 afford apartments at LeClair Village in Mashpee, on Wednesday, May 29, at 6:00 p.m.
The info session will be held via Zoom to explain the application process and provide more details about what LeClair Village has to offer. Interested renters must preregister for the info session on our website at haconcapecod.org/properties/leclair-village-in-mashpee
LeClair Village is a brand-new 39-unit development in 3 buildings conveniently located in Mashpee near Route 28 and Route 6. It includes 59 on-site parking spaces available to residents at no cost. It is also a short drive to all of life’s everyday amenities, including local grocery stores, pharmacies, medical offices, hospitals, social services agencies, and recreational areas.

Development of LeClair Village, which is expected to be completed this summer, will consist of 14 one-bedroom apartments, 21 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom apartments. Units will have all-electric appliances and utilities, secure entry, community room, an onsite laundry room, responsive local management and 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
The apartments will serve eligible applicants with an income at or below 60% AMI or 30% AMI.
