It's time for a skilled and experienced Town Administrator to steer the ship, supported by a comprehensive Employee Development Program and transparent Communication Plan.

Moreover, the urgent need for dredging is a pressing environmental issue that demands collective action. As an outsider, it's clear that your waterways are the lifeblood of your community, and sediment and debris are choking the life out of them. Dredging is not just an environmental issue but an economic and public health imperative. You must develop a Dredging Master Plan, allocating necessary resources and exploring grant opportunities. Interagency collaboration and coordination are crucial to leveraging expertise and funding. A Water Quality Monitoring Program will track your progress and adapt strategies as needed.

As someone who cares deeply about Wellfleet's future, I urge you to put aside political differences and work towards a common goal: a thriving, sustainable Wellfleet for generations to come. To your elected officials, I demand leadership and action. To your fellow residents, I urge engagement and participation. Together, you can:
