SANDWICH, MA — The National Weather Service has issued a special marine warning because of severe thunderstorms producing waterspouts affecting Cape Cod Bay and Wellfleet Harbor.

According to NWS Boston, marine weather spotters located a waterspout off the coast of Sagamore Beach.
