UPDATED: Missing Belmont Boy Found Safe

The boy walked away from a special-needs program in Arlington Tuesday.

Jason Jozesik, the 15-year-old Belmont boy who walked away from his special-needs program in Arlington Tuesday, has been found safe, according to Arlington Police.

Police are actively searching for Jason Jozesik, a 15-year-old Belmont boy who walked away from his special-needs program in Arlington Tuesday.

Jozesik, whose 15th birthday is Tuesday, was last seen on Academy Street in Arlington, according to police. He likes to run and walk in parks and likes going to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Jozesik is white with blond hair, about 5-foot-9 and has a thin build, about 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a maroon v-neck shirt and blue jeans. He was not wearing a jacket.

“While there is no specific reason to believe that Jason is in danger and he is not believed to be a danger to himself or others, the temperatures are dropping, and we would like to find him right away, where it is safe and warm,” Arlington Police Chief Frederick Ryan said. “If you see Jason, please call Arlington Police right away.”
