No more virtual! The FBE Apple Run will take place in person on Sunday, October 3rd, starting with the 5K at 9:30am, and the 2K at 10:45am. Dry fit t-shirts for the first 400 registrants – sign up now to secure your t-shirt! For more run details please visit our registration page, or the FBE website. You do have the option to register to run as part of team – plan those team members, team name and outfits now! Lots of fun prizes to be won – including Awards for the top three male and female finishers of the 5K and 2K races.

We are inviting you all to join in the Couch-2-5k training program at no additional cost. Please email our race co-director, ultra marathoner, finisher of over 180 events, and Couch-2-5K coach Scot DeDeo at racedirector@fbe-belmont.org to receive training details via your email. Alternatively, beginning August 8, 8 weeks out from race week, a beginner and moderate training program and article will be posted weekly to the FBE Facebook page and Instagram.

In addition to the above training plans and training letters, Scot will be available to answer your questions, build your confidence, and help get you into shape for our run!

The FBE is so happy to be able to host our annual fall run as usual this year, and continue to support our town’s public schools and students. We look forward to seeing you all at the Belmont High School Track on October 3rd!
