Supporting our children’s health is one of the most important things we can do as parents. While we cannot guarantee that our children will always be healthy, we can promote good health by feeding them a healthy diet. During this evening parenting workshop, we will learn the importance of providing healthy food to our children, discuss the challenges we face in feeding our children well during different developmental stages, and address specific strategies to encourage a healthy eater. Learn what works (and what doesn’t) to limit mealtime struggles and encourage healthy family eating habits.

Our facilitator, Joanna Silverman, from Early Parenting Partners, is an educator, holistic health counselor and mother of two young children. She has many years of experience working as a parent educator and consultant to families on eating, sleep and behavior. Joanna’s specialty is supporting families with children who are particular eaters who need assistance creating a wider variety in their children’s diet. She is co-founder of Early Parenting Partners: a parenting consulting company http://www.earlyparentingpartners.com/
