Beverly residents can honor the city's veterans at events at the Beverly Farms Memorial, Beverly Hospital and Ellis Square.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents will have a trio of events on Friday where they can go to honor the city's veterans and their service to their country.

Veterans Services Officer David Perenchief is organizing the events that include a ceremony at the Beverly Farms Memorial at 8:30 a.m., a ceremony at Beverly Hospital at 9:30 and a ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Plaza at Ellis Square at 11 a.m.

The Ellis Square event will be moved to the Beverly High School auditorium in case of poor weather, though forecasts indicate that the rain and wind projected for Friday will not begin until after dark.
