Beverly Publishes Proposed 2023 Assessed Property Values

The values are used to determine real estate and personal property tax liability.

BEVERLY, MA — Proposed property tax assessments in Beverly are now available for public review.

The proposed real estate values here and personal property values here are posted for review and comment. Those who find any suspected inaccuracies are asked to bring them to the city Assessor's Office by calling 978-921-6000.

Assessor's Office staff are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Assessment data for all property is also available in the Assessing Department on the first floor at City Hall.
