Blue Horizon Benefits Hires Eric Immerman
Son of Long-Time Montserrat College of Art Joins Company as Benefits Consutlant

Blue Horizon Benefits, helping employers redefine the way they think about and deliver employee benefits, has hired Eric Immerman as a Benefits Consultant.
This is a return to the North Shore for Immerman, son of Steve Immerman, who served as president of Montserrat College of Art in Beverly for nearly nine years, after spending over a decade in the New York/New Jersey area building employee benefits and financial businesses.
“Eric’s role as Benefits Consultant will mirror much of what he has done throughout his career, which is engaging with businesses to improve employee outcomes and retention, streamline employer operations, and reduce healthcare costs,” said Braden Monaco, Partner, Blue Horizon Benefits. “Eric’s experience in the non-profit and transportation industries is very valuable and will serve him well at Blue Horizon Benefits.”

Prior to joining Blue Horizon Benefits, Immerman worked as a an independent benefits agent/broker throughout the Northeast region partnering with Colonial Life, LegalShield, AllState Benefits, National Life, and other large insurance companies. He previously served as the Director of Operations for Fogel Neale Partners LLC, a financial planning and investment management firm based in New York City.

Immerman, who lives in Salem, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Hofstra University
