The gas station sits along Cabot Street between the railroad tracks at Kittredge Crossing and a mixed commercial and residential building called Cabot Crossing. It is diagonally across the street from the Memorial building.
It is in “commercial neighborhood” zoning that allows other uses such as single and two family homes and retail stores up to 5,000 square feet as well as uses such as a barber shop or bank. Other uses, such as a restaurant, would be allowed with a special permit.
